Five Days Banking For Government banks from 01 April
There is a strong rumor that the banking for Public Sector Banks are going to be fixed at 5 days from six days starting from first of April this year.
If there is any level of truth in this rumor than it will be best for Bank officers who are working maximum for minimum wages in the industry.
With 5 Days banking the number of hours for customer service on regular days will be increased by about 45 minutes a day.

The latest news is that 05 days banking will be effected from 01 june-2012.
Customer hours will be between 9:30 AM to 05:30 PM
